Save Money This Christmas

Online shopping is getting more and more popular every year. Especially during Christmas time. Who wants to deal with the parking, the crowds, and the lines when you can sit at home in your PJ's and have the gifts delivered to you.

What I want to do here is share with you all the tips and tricks I've learned over the years on how to save money Christmas shopping online. It's simple and effective and you will notice the savings in your check book.

The places listed below are shopping portals that offer you cash back for purchases made through their website. I have used each one and they all have paid.

The way it works is this: after you sign up you'll find a list of stores to shop at (from best buy, to Walmart, to ebay, to iTunes). Find the store and see how much cash back they are offering, then click on the link through their website and you will be taken to that store online. Simply continue shopping at Best Buy or wherever, finish your transaction, then within a few days you'll see a cash back amount in your account on the original website you clicked through.

You get money back for simply clicking the mouse. Easy, right?

Tip: Join more than one (or all of them like I did) because each individual website has a different amount of cashback that they offer at each store. I'll show you next how to see who has the best rates.

Here's an easy way for you to find out which site above is offering the biggest cash back amount for a particular store. Check out: ev'reward. It does the searching for you. Simply type in the name of the store you want to shop at and it will give you a result with the cash back amount that each cash back shopping site is offering.

For example: I just types in "6pm" into the sreach box. The results that came back are

Big Crumbs - up to 5.6% cash back

CashBaq - 5.0% cash back

Ebates - 2.5% cash back

Mr. Rebates - 5% cash back

Different stores will give you different results. Ebtaes may have the best cash back offer at Best Buy or it may not. But ev'reward does the work for you so you don't have too.
